You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this site’s content without our prior written consent.
3. Use of the website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of it.
4. Quotes, proposals and engagements
Information on this site, including pricing shown for WebLite or other packaged offerings, is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Specific engagements are governed by a separate signed proposal, quote or service agreement between DouTech Solutions Limited and the client, which takes precedence over anything stated on this website in the event of a conflict.
5. Cancellation and refunds
This section applies to subscription services such as WebLite. It is a general summary; the service agreement provided at signup is the governing document for a specific subscription.
- Monthly/annual subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle, with no further charges after that. Fees already paid for the current cycle are not refunded, since hosting and service for that period have already been provided.
- The one-time setup fee is refundable in full if you cancel before submitting onboarding content (the point at which build work begins). Once build work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable, as it covers work already performed.
- Non-payment. If a subscription lapses, service may be paused and the website taken offline after the grace period stated in your service agreement.

6. Cookies
This site may use cookies and analytics tools as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party specialists
Some engagements may involve vetted specialists, contractors or technology vendors coordinated by DouTech Solutions Limited. DouTech Solutions Limited remains the accountable point of contact for the client regardless of who performs the underlying work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DouTech Solutions Limited, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data or goodwill — arising from your use of this website. This clause does not limit liability arising under a separate signed service agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
