Who owns the domain name?
The domain is registered and managed by DouTech during the subscription. Full ownership transfer can be arranged if you choose to migrate or buy out the website.
Is WhatsApp chat included?
Yes. WhatsApp chat integration is included in every plan at no additional cost.
Can I edit the website myself?
WebLite is managed by DouTech. If you need self-managed editing, we can scope a CMS add-on.
Is business email included?
No. Business email is available as an optional paid add-on.
Can I add a blog later?
Yes. Blog/CMS setup can be added at any time as a separate add-on.
How long does setup take?
Typically 3–7 working days after all onboarding content is submitted.
Do I own the website?
Usage rights are active while your subscription is active. Ownership transfer can be arranged through a buy-out option.
What happens if I stop paying?
The subscription service is paused and the website may be taken offline after any grace period stated in your agreement.
